So banded Barraskewda and maybe a physical Kindra are the only Pokemon who can make any sort of usage out of this move?

Good, water types were overpowered anyway.

if it follows the pattern of triple kick being 10, 20 ,30 and its bp is listed as 20 so it goes 20, 30, 40 thats a 90bp physical ice move as coverage on some dudes that have fucking technician. Sounds wild, only downside being 90 acc fucking you in the ass.

dont underestimate momentum, vaporeon is gonna have fun passing fat wishes, starmie can rapid spin then pivot, dragalge can t spike and pivot, even something like keldeo would enjoy keeping up momentum against pex and tangrowth

I think you're greatly overestimating "momentum". All the Pokemon you listed have other, more important moves than to run flip turn.

Most would rather the power of Hydro Pump or the burn chance of Scald.

The only Pokemon that could make good use of flip turn is banded Barraskewda. It's like the move was made for it.

It's at the top of usage in both OU and VGC, an incredibly rare feat outside of a handful of Pokemon. Dragapult is fine.

scyther and scizor get technician dual wingbeat, talonflame has a non-recoil non-acro STAB, as do some shitmons like ninjask and emolga, but other than that its pretty irrelevant
