Do you know how many nonphysical attackers use U-turn? Getting to put out any amount of damage and still switch is useful as hell, especially since you can practically choose then if you want to switch when using U-turn before or after your opponent moves.

This is bad news. These are too bulk or powerful, Vaporeon as wish passer and rain team Kingdra won't have switch unless it's water absorb.

Good for shitmons like Golduck and Seaking, though.
