>>43913586No, it's true. I actually lost to the Dynamax Vespiquen because I just had Urshifu in my party. It doesn't boot you back to the dojo or a Pokemon Center. The scene replays to the point before you interact with the tree. Probably because GF realizes how much of a pain in the ass it is to go to that island each time. (A problem they could have easily addressed if they had spawn points in every area.)
