Tried earlier, nobody joined so I reset the time. One person joined and I figured we’d try anyway. The 2 NPCs died on the first turn, and then they both died again on the third turn.

Fucking NPCs are not even worthless they’re an active detriment.

they are bad on purpose so it encourages to play online since basically any human is guaranteed better than any AI they give you. super kirby clash is like this too unless the AI has the best gear in the game and the human isnt even level 100 yet

Wow, Game Freak actually learned from the Mewtwo one.

Every time I join a Zeraora raid people have given up and left because they can't catch it. Only time I have any luck is when I host it myself, and even then I'm lucky to get one other player to join.

I don't like our chances, guys

I'm using Runerigus with Trick Room and Haze. It helps teammates like Rhyperior get the jump on Zeraora and going first makes the choice of when to Haze much more clear. Only problem is the best no-spread ground move choice is either earth power or sand tomb.

I wish there was a counter somewhere to see how we were doing but I guess they have their reasons for not doing one.

I've been running Grimmsnarl with Taunt, Reflect and Sucker Punch. The same one I built to counter the Mewtwo event. I've had good results.
A friend tried out Eviolite Chansey with Softboiled, Heal Pulse along with my Grimmsnarl. It works well providing the other two players pick correctly

No, it’ll be given out through Home but you can still do the raids without NSO. The lowest star rating is 3 so you’ll be fine with NPC trainers

This. Everyone is gonna get the shiny no matter what and even the 10 Armorite Ore for getting to 2 million. It makes the game seem really popular, especially good for investors who won't have a clue they could have messed with it and think it has more than 2 million active players.
