Corrosion is already an ability just make it so they have a Freeze Dry equivalent that hits both Water and Steel (requires Corrosion to hit them which is now changed from simply poisoning to dealing typeless damage) move. Obviously the lusty maid no longer hoards this ability

I don't really get this meme of poison being SE vs steel. Ya acid may cause corrosion but it also melts the fuck out of skin and other materials even faster? Like if anything steel is technically quite resistant to acid in comparison to everything else.

Steel is good against three different types (one of which is the very OP Fairy) and nothing is immune to it. It's a better offensive type than Grass, Poison, Bug, Electric, and even Dragon.

I completely agree making Poison super-effective against Water, but I do think Steel could take another nerf. I'd personally have it so Steel no longer resists Psychic, and give that Psychic resistance to Bug instead.
