Dark/fight and water/fight ?
I know the water has one more strength and one less weakness. It seems to be the one most people choose.
I know for dark people think about pangoro, but poliwrath is stronger then pangoro.
Also in the strongest pokemon stats list you have other water like
Garados, milotic, lapras, and now blastoise.
For dark you have
Hydregion, tyranitar and
eevee evolution?
(You also have eevee evolve for dark)
Lets keep in mind dark is good against ghost, and what's one ghost EVERY player uses?

To be fair if you run into a togikiss player which there are a LOT of, uou might be in trouble.
So which type?
As i said, i think most people are going for water/fight
