It's Steel/Psychic based on atom idea and how its concept evolved (from a single indivisible particle to a group of protons and electrons to a Solar System-like group of particles) + magnetism. It evolves normally from the 1st time and it evolves knowing Psyshock for the 2nd time. If you're planning to create a power plant, it should be there. And its BST is 555 having the same stats as Magnezone except speed, which is 80. Sorry for extreme shilling.
