Fake. It will either be Ho-Oh/Lugia or Pichu/Marill. Kanto will be the postgame, as that is what is in the orignals. And, you will encounter Ho-Oh, Lugia, and Suicune as it's a Johto game.

No. It will be Pichu/Marill, and you can find the starters in the wild.

It's a Let's Go game, only for Sudowoodo, Snorlax, and the legendaries will there be battles.

You will obviously go to Kanto in the postgame just like all the other Johto games, so the Sevii Islands probably won't be in, but maybe.
