There's lots of people enslaved to feeding their ego because they've heard about "no pain no gain" and have misconstrued it into "where there's pain, there's gain". So they believe if they hear "faggot" until the word loses all meaning, that'll make em wisemen.
It's an especially delicious trap for people who believe they've failed at real life and need to succeed in some alternative life style. "Sure, I might be a loser IRL, HOWEVER, that is a lifestyle for mere sheeple, and I am euphoric to be walking the real path of truth", etc. It's a kind of woke culture basically, but here "woke = I ain't offended by mudslinging on the internet"
And then at some point it gets double retarded because the "pain" becomes white noise and you don't even "gain" anything from it by your own theory. It's just become an ego inflating comfort zone that pretends to be the opposite of that.
