Alternatively get better at the game, as long as your pokemon are around level 52-55 you should be able to beat the E4 and it's super easy to be around that level if you progress through the game normally.

Well in OP’s pic at least, that’s a genuine copy. TPC logo is the correct font, cartridge is the right color and the code at the bottom isn’t in Calibri.

It's literally possible to get through a pokemon game without gaining xp.
If a shitter like me could manage to beat everything safe for the N+Ghetsis (technically beat N but it doesn't count) battle in BW then there has to be someone able to finish the game
