Does anyone think the Detective Pikachu sequel got cancelled after the movie's poor gross?
it'd be pretty disappointing if it was considering how much potential Pokemon has yet they chose to waste it on

This, the entire movie was painfully safe and the cast thoroughly mediocre aside from Reynolds
The visuals were positively gorgeous though

I'll be pretty disappointed if the movie doesn't get a sequel. The plot/story was garbage but seeing the actual pokemon/world was well done and was worth watching just for that

lol imagine thinking the pokemon fanbase is nearly as hopeless as the marvel fanbase when there are marvel simps who defend ambiguous brown characters named "snowflake" and "safespace".

DP2 switch game is still happening, you don't have any actual evidence that it's been cancelled.

once you look past his face, he did a decent job.
honestly his face has a lot of japanese features which japs were probably relating too, like wide eye, gaptooth features, also hes a slave wage worker, sheepish/mild personality

im sure kids loved this movie. also, the designs i thought really hit a perfect balance.
