Iron Defense/Body Press, but realistically depends on your team. If you want a strong defensive tank use Body Press, but if you feel you can deal with things like Toxapex you can try Clangorous Soul

Kommo-o is one of the best users of Body Press.
But part of what makes Kommo-o so great is that it's so versatile. You can viably run any of those other sets and be fine.

I got a lot of good usage out of Clang Soul/Spray.
I ran Flamethrower, Aura Sphere, and Clanging Scales and Bulletproof.
One time, I had an opponent try to revenge kill me with Ditto and use Aura Sphere, which ended up getting me the win.
I later found out that the game does tell you which ability Ditto got and my opponent was just an idiot, but I felt really smart for a moment.
