Title says it all, I'll start:

>Beefed up Poképelago with your own house that you can decorate plus decorations for each habitat you have that can attract different Pokémon.

What else should be a mainstay feature? Feel free to agree or disagree but give reasons why instead of just calling someone retarded.

In order of importance to least:

>Dialog skip by pressing + (Just take Fire Emblem's implementation of it)
>non-move based HMs (ideally just make it so that if a Pokemon is capable of learning the HM and it's unlocked, it can use it anyway. Best of both worlds)
>level scaling on wild mons, but everywhere (make it based on the number of badges like the wild area, but do this everywhere so that the game can be almost completely open world)

please note that the national dex is at the end of the list. speaks volumes to show that every
other feature has been removed at one point and yet that was the last to go.

Battle Camp: Allows you to rearrange all of the EVs of your Pokemon for a fee or item.

This would probably be the biggest QOL addition to competitive battling.
