Yes but in the game generally, in this DLC they were supposed to suggest move tutors that are interesting or at least niche, but this move is neither.

It's fine for some moves to just be shit.
I don't think people are clamoring for an Ember buff because that's an early game move which you're intended to replace.
But Skitter Smack is a move that you need to buy the DLC to get and you need to go out of your way to learn from a tutor. There's no reason for it to suck so much.

Hell, Fire Lash not only has higher accuracy, but also higher power.

Honestly 90% accuracy should only exist on moves like roll out where there needs to be a tiny chance of missing. Otherwise it's effectively a tiny fuck you just waiting to happen when it literally doesn't need to. Like, it's not a balance thing, these moves will still almost always hit, but now there are those few times it doesn't for no reason
