I agree with everything listed except Electivire, I feel like Breloom would make more sense, for one I believe fighting would probably be his favorite type, and to I can imagine him thinking of its head as a helmet

I went with Electivire because Lt. Surge has an Electabuzz and we know that Soldier wasn't really a Soldier so him imitating a real soldier I thought would be a nice touch.

Replace Mew with Kingler because I'd consider it unfair to put a legendary on his team and it makes more sense for the long running meme. Replace Smeargle with a ghost type to match his mysteriousness perhaps Misdreavus, Gengar or Mimikyu
