Why are there only three Ghost types that have the full three evolutions? As far as I can tell it's only Chandelure, Gengar, and Dusknoir. Is there any other type with less?

I guess the owl is one too...

They're equal for now.
Dusclops would set Trick Room for it's teammates, Duskinoir would set Trick Room to attempt a sweep.

Dusclops is still better.
Poltergeist is good, but not good enough to make Dusknoir better than #4 in the entire meta.
