For example, why Wes has zekrom? he is extremely unfit and he does admit so himself when he gets there. Also how is that gengar can't fly nor attack normally? the audino girl i get, but not gengar. Specially since the comic claims he is been there for a long while as well, not to mention when you fight him he doesn't have problems fighting like a "normal ghost".
