A pokemon can only hold one item, which means that any item has to compete with any of the others for a spot.
This means the item would have to compete with shit like lefties, sludge, sash, policy, choice items.
So how would you buff that? make everything 100% accurate including ohkos and hypnotize? that doesn't sound very fun or healthy for the game.
