Sound type weaknesses
Grass: Grass literally grows better with sound, balance reason: grass is resisted by 7 types, also because of its bad offensive coverage it’s often forced into the supportmon role, with this buff grass might get more use out of its offensive side
Bug: The classic joke of a bug getting into someone’s throat, balance reason: bug types are in a similar pickle to an even greater extreme, at least many grass types get good weather based abilities and spore, bug simply doesn’t. The only solid bug types are carried by their secondary types and there isn’t a single monobug type to my knowledge that has ever gotten to OU
Psychic: psychics can block out sound, heck with those crazy abilities they possibly even force a person to shut up. Balance reason: looking back on it, you could probably replace the psychic weakness for poison type, though honestly grass and bug definitely need the boost offensively, other options could include, poison or rock
