Now you understand why Magearna's more broken in doubles than in singles? ESPECIALLY when bulky attackers are the norm in a format where you can get hit twice?

No, Soul Heart is a much better ability. Berserk only activates if the user reaches half HP or lower, which is much harder to play around than simply getting someone, literally ANYONE to die.

G-Moltres might be able to take advantage of Berserk due it it being much faster than Drampa and (hopefully) having reliable recovery in Roost. Berserk is honestly a terrible ability for Drampa because it simply can't utilize it well.

Soul-Heart is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better than Berserk, and yes, that many A's is necessary.
When anything on the field faints, allies or enemies, Magearna gets +1 in SpA. Magearna doesn't even have to do anything or have anything done to it.

Every Pokemon that gets banned from a tier that doesn't have a specific rule that automatically makes it not usable in that tier (like fully evolved Pokemon not being usable in LC) has to go through a voting phase even if in some cases it's pretty much just formality like with Magearna in doubles or Chansey just getting banned from UU and lower tiers since it's an NFE.
