Instead of thinking of optimal ways to rebalance the type chart, what are some ways GameFreak would try to rebalance the type chart and completely fuck everything up

Poison should be super effective to flying and water.
Ice should be resistant to Dragon, Ground and Water, and Grass.
Fairy should not resist bug, fairy should be weak to Fire.
