moves dont need to be "deleted" instead you can choose 4 moves out of any of the movepool you have unlocked so far
no tm's, if a pokemon can learn a move it will learn it at a certain level
depending on ev's a pokemon will gain a small physical quirk such as larger horns or maybe different colored stripes so that players can somewhat read into what the pokemon will be doing
