When people talk about difficulty, they're talking relative to the series. Cynthia is one of the harder champions. I think maybe Leon (generously speaking though, the player has access to dynamax too) and Iris is harder.

She can be troublesome depending on your team comp, particularly in DP where she doesn't have Glaceon and her level 66 Garchomp may over 10 levels higher than anyone in your party.
