Yes but legendaries are once per save so if you wanted more genies you'd need to delete your b2w2 save and the radar save

I remember I was so excited for these games I stayed up and waited for Dream Radar to drop. I played all the way up till Tornadus and had him on my team for the entire game. Eventually got the other two. Fun times.

Did any part of it connect to the internet? Will I lose anything if I did reset assuming I got another B2/W2 since my original cart was stolen

basically once you catch a genie you can send it once. so if you’ve already sent it you need to reset the save to earn it again.

all you lose is the upgrades so you start back at a limit of 10 clouds also if you only care for the pokemon that arent legendary those can go to any cart

I’m playing it now. You could probably get 3000 orbs in something like a week. Also, now that the DW doesn’t exist, it’s a neat way to get pokemon in dream balls with their hidden abilities. Also. It’s like $2.99 in the US. Or something like that. It’s not like the 3D pokedex thing that is, what, $15?
