Stall is bad in the low ladder in general because you'll get destroyed by random typically unviable coverage moves and strange low tier breakers with type combos the team was not designed to handle, plus a new player won't have any understanding of what walls what unless they've had experience using offense themselves.
And since stall gets the majority of wins from forfeits at either team preview or some point before like turn 30, and you won't learn jack shit about keeping up offensive momentum and formulating gameplans, speed tiers, etc., it's a pretty bad way to learn how to play.
Hyper Offense is a much better bet for noobs because it's usually got a very simple path to victory, it'll teach you how to break fat cores, you'll learn speed tiers, eventually you'll get the hang of momentum, and quickly overpowering the weird memeshit you see on low ladder is much more effective than trying to stall them.
