What is this General; this general is dedicated to catch ‘em all complete your living dex, trade and help anons looking for pokemon, what you are ultimately trying to achieve is tier 3 and if you have autism you can strive for the final one
Tier 1:
Have every pokemon no gender/form differences
Tier 2:
Catch every pokemon with gender/form differences and ggtamax gene
Tier 3:
Same as 2 but all the pokemon are level 100 and battle ready
Final tier:
Same as 3 but shiny
