>>43969796Well you’re obviously depressed if your first thought is ‘he’ll just think it’s a pain to communicate with me, I shouldn’t bother’ but I wouldn’t have offered if I didn’t think you were worthy! Still, I can’t make you post it.
Just remember this then: depression is an imbalance in the mind that trains your brain like a wild animal to interpret everything negatively, to feel hopeless and upset over anything, and teach you that everything is pointless, but it’s the furthest thing from the truth. There is a lot that just by being physically active, mindful of your negative thoughts and how they come about (if there is a pattern you can usually intervene, if it’s random you usually need medication), and proactively seeking positive experiences that you can feel accomplished and proud of yourself can do for your mood and daily feelings. It would seem part of what fuels your troubles is your loneliness and you may fixate on it or it feels so important and devastating, but the imbalance in your brain is to blame, the reality is friends are bad for you if you don’t have your life together or need to focus on yourself, and just learning to love yourself and actively taking care of yourself will draw in people you surround yourself with, and I’m sure that will come in handy staying out of depression.
Stay away from alcohol and drugs too. You’ll be alright anon.
