Is it just server overload? As a Brit, I find it a lot easier to get matchups in the morning before America wakes up, like when Go when fiirst launched

Not that anon but get a level 100 of something supereffective against the raid in question. A Ground type would beat something like Toxtricrity or Copparajah. You just need to be lucky with the AI selection and you're golden. Beated a Five star Dusk Lycanroc earlier with Scizor.

Literally just get Swords Dance Zacian or Cosmic Power Eternatus up to Level 100, EV train them, and then use them against the right raids. They literally turn the game into a joke, even solo

I didn’t have switch online when I first played but I’ve come back for the dlc and holy shit this is actually the worst online I’ve ever experienced. Nobody joins my raids and I successfully join maybe 1/8 raids I see in the y-comm, and you can’t even refresh stamps on demand wtf. This feature was marketed as one of the games biggest new features and it barely ever works, how do Japs get away with archaic net code in titles this big?

You can beat 5-stars but it's a crapshoot. I did a Palossand recently and I had not one, but two NPC allies spamming water moves on it, constantly triggering Water Compaction. Figured I'd just reset instead of wasting my fucking time.

Between the god awful AI, absolute troll picks like the Solrock and the garbage NFEs that just get one shot while contributing nothing, you're constantly skirting the edge of clearing these or not.

It's actually one of the better options if you're packing a Zacian or Eternatus since the signature moves will still cleave a significant amount of HP through the shields. At least it's providing a consistent damage output instead of spamming Cosmic Power.

If I get poop NPCS I restart- it's why I save before them. If I'm not online 4/5 stars are still beatable.

I have two mons trained for this: A Clefable for single target raids, and a Gallade for aoe spamming raids.

Gallade has Psycho Cut, Close Combat, Lfie Dew, and Wide Guard.

Clefable has Follow me, Moonblast, Moonlight, and Life Dew.

Clefable just forces the attention off of the dumb npcs (or idiots online bringing one shottable pokemon.) and Gallade shits on aoe spamming mons like Snorlax and similar raids.

I could join random raids and fill raids I host provided the pokemon wasn't shit/too little stars before. Now I can't join anything and I can sit around hosting for 20 minutes and not see a single person
