Technically if you hack in Pokemon #269 the game will still recognize it as a Dustox, but it will have Pikachu's model and be Normal-type with no moves or abilities and 0 in every stat, same with all the other cut Pokemon. I guess that's not really a Dustox per se, but it's still called that by the game and you can use it if you hack moves onto it.
