Liquid Ooze
Aftermath
Flare Boost
Toxic Boost
Grass Pelt
Surge Surfer
All of these have piss poor distribution, but are also kind of interesting. They're obviously not great by any means, but I think they could see more use on mons better suited to employ them.
Also, any ideas for Misty and Psychic terrain abilities?

Nah, I'm talking about the equivalent of weather-abusing abilities, like Leaf Guard, Solar Power, Chlorophyll, etc.
Grass Pelt and Surge Surfer are the only ones we have so far, and both are exclusive.

Hey, it happened to Kanto Weezing! It could happen to Flygon... and all the other Levitate mons.
Tinted Lens is way better than most of the abilities I listed in the OP, so you'd have to be more careful with their distribution. Likewise, Stake Out is a really good ability that I would like to see more often. Cool concept, desperately needs more availability.

Motor Drive and Rattled. The latter actual has a fairly good distribution but it's almost entirely to babymons. Would be cool to see these on more fully evolved mons as counterplay to Volt Switch and U-Turn.

Clear Mind - Boosts Sp. Def in Psychic Terrain
Rejuvenate - Heals Status Ailments of user and partner while Misty Terrain is active.

Revamped:
Liquid Ooze - When hit with an HP Draining move, the opponent is damaged. When hit with a Poison-Type move, HP is healed.
Aftermath - Attacks that do over 50% damage and/or make the Pokémon faint also damage the opponent.

I think a Misty Terrain abusing ability could even boost Fairy moves by 1.3, like Sand Force, since Misty Terrain doesn't bring along with it an inherent boost.
