>>43984122Who knows, Urshifu forms could have been version exclusives too but they were "fair" and let you decide which Urshifu you get regardless of the edition you picked before the DLC was announced so maybe they are gonna pull off an Emerald and ask you about a horse-like pokemon and you are the one choosing if it's the black horse or the white horse. It's also entirely possible that your character can (in-universe) decide and Hop gets the other horse or something like that
