Ever wonder how Pokemon lost it's touch when the regions stopped being based in Japan? Stop this "region based on foreign country" shit. You get Alola and Galar from it.

But Japan is a foreign country? Just because they are basing regions off of the U.S. and Europe doesnt mean that those are the only places they are choosing to do forever. The reason the non-japan regions are soulless is because they use foreign culture themes as a crutch in place of creativity.
For gen 9's region to be good, it'll have to be based on an obscure location with hardly any tourist attractions so they'll be forced to rely on interesting geography and route design.

I'd love to see new Alola/Galarian Style forms. I think it was a great concept, and would love to see more. I'd also like to see more 2 stage evolutions and dual typing. I also think setting the new region into either Egypt, Finland, Germany, Korea, or Southern United states (Charleston to Dallas) would be neat.

I play for the new regions and the new pokemon, thats about it.
