Generally speaking, if it's too goo to be true, then it's injected, especially during blind or wonder trades.
If the name of the Pokemon or trainer ID is something weird like a Twitch link, that's usually a telltale sign.
But if it's a shiny, 6IV, level 100 Pokemon from a wonder trade, it's injected.
