What's the overall percentage chance of one of them proccing? I'm dumb and forget if you can just add them together or if you have to do other shit.

Odds are 60/256, not 20%
The odds of it failing to proc both times is (196/256)^2, or 58.62%. Therefore the odds of both of them stacking are 1-((196/256)^2), or 41.38%

Quick Claw procs 20% of the time, meaning 80% of the time it doesn't.

Of those 80% of other times, Quick Draw has a 20% chance of proccing. 20% of 80% is 16%.

The total chance of either one proccing is therefore 20% + 16% = 36%.

You have to remember that one can only proc if the other doesn't proc first, so it's chance only applies to the remaining 80% of the total, not 100%.

King's Rock and Bite for example don't stack unless this was changed in sword and shield

It is still good for the lulz but I hope it gets more distribution. Honestly there are a ton of abilities that need more distro, especially from the recent gens, Stakeout for example is amazing but only got given to bad mons

No, it has 90+% regenerator usage in pokemon showdown, at the end of the month you can check it out. Its a bad offensive typing and no one cares about moving first. Regenerator on the other side is literally one of the best defensive abilites in the game
