What I don't get is why people still buy their products like crazy.
The games have been declining in quality after the release of black and white 2 steadily and even more expensive since it moved to the switch.

Are there really no alternatives or do people just don't want to let go?

Because they've seen the figures and the releases speak for themselves. SWSH sold like crazy and Go sold even more.
Masuda knows the future of this franchise is mobile because it makes them more money. Meanwhile Digimon is still struggling so they need to try their damnest to 1up Pokémon.

Go sold more than that. Sales means shit because consoomers will consoom anything these days.
The dlc is as half assed as the base game. They brought back following Pokémon yet they managed to still fuck it up anyway.
