Anyway, if I'm designing a new Togekiss counter made specifically to prey upon Togekiss, here goes:
Ovicabra
The Egg-eating pokemon
Fire/Electric
Design is a large fat egg-eating mammal, similar to a cross between a possum and a shrew. It has a sac underneath its throat that stores fire, for cooking eggs, and its fuzzy fur holds large amounts of static electricity that it uses to sense nearby hidden nest. It eats the entire egg, even the shell. It is feared by baby pokemon that hatch and find it devouring their hatched brothers.
Abilities: Static/Inner Focus
Hidden Ability: Childhood Horror- Traps pokemon that can still evolve (anything that can use eviolite) and doubles the base power of moves used against them. Immune to the second hit of Parental Bond attacks. (Now it fucks over Chansey too, the other egg-shaped pokemon).
HP- 109
Atk- 105
Def- 80
SpA- 70
SpD- 121
Spe- 60
BST is 545, same as Togekiss.
Notable moves include Flare Blitz, Zing Zap, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Overheat, Volt Switch, Slack Off, Knock Off, Taunt, Iron Head, Close Combat, Bulk Up, Rest, Sleep Talk, Thunder Wave, and Will-o-wisp.
That should be plenty to build whatever anti-Togekiss set you desire.
