What pokemon would you add to a hack of crystal to have a more even distribution of types?

Honestly I would just add the cross-gen evos and Alolan/Galar forms of Kanto/Jhoto Pokemon (Pokemon like Mr. Rime and Perrserker would still be included). It's a "pseudo Kanto and Jhoto only" kind of setup.
If I had to get rid of Pokemon to make room, I'd get rid of shit not too many people would miss, like Pichu, Cleffa, Igglybuff (The other babies in Crystal are fine), Delibird, Stantler, etc. Heck, get rid of Aipom too since Ambipom is absolutely horrid.

The same dex, but crossgens and regional forms included. Add some Dark and Steel types to johto that are easier to access.

Add Absol to the Safari Zone
Add Numel like anywhere
Add Drilbur to the caves
Add Bronzer somewhere
Add Corpish to the great rod fishing pool in most areas
Add Noivern to caves
Make Larvitar available early on through a trade because what's the point of a pseudo if you don't have to stick with it through most of the game instead of just powerleveling it

Completely Re-stat several Johto mon like Girafarig, Sunflora and Delibird. Add all post gen 2 evolutions and pre-evolutions and add them to the wild.
