ITT: Make up new abilities and list the Pokemon who'll get the abilities

Speed Demon: Grants priority to Fire, Dark and Psychic-Type moves. As a downside, Pokemon with this ability will now take Supereffective damage from Fairy-Type moves
Pokemon with this ability: Houndoom line (replaces Early Bird), Victini

Immolate: Fire-Type equivalent of Pixilate
Pokemon with this ability: Flareon (Hidden Ability), Incineroar (replaces Intimidate), Heatran
