If pokemons did exist realistically, could a person get arrested for using them to as a utility device without any regards to their safety? Like someone using a Magnemite or an Elekid strictly to supply electricity to their house?

Let's also not forget that Raichu can hit up to 10k V so your equipment would break from the surge or your circuit breaker would disconnect everytime

while we're at it, how would laws revolving around human-pokemon interaction would work?
Do pokemons like gurdurr or timbur be covered by OSHA's safety policies? Would you get penalized if your timburs don't wear the proper safety helmet or if you don't teach it how to use harnesses?

How would the Pokemon-Human interaction work across the contiguous 48? Would they be subject to Human laws assuming they have the mental capacity for it? How would Pokemon battles be regulated? Would they replace NFL/Baseball or would they be integrated to it?
