Why doesn't Wobbuffet get nearly as shilled as Meowth does, considering how it's the only other Pokemon that Team Rocket always keeps around in the anime?

Wobbuffet is shilled. A lot. It's just that there's not really much you can do with a Pokemon that just counters/reflects Pokemon.

No its cause wobbuffet is super situational, you cant just throw it at shit like pikachu and charizard. Its whole gimmick is being attacked first so that doesnt really fit into a shill role.
