im trying to get into back into pokemon by playing roms but i cant stop obsessing over how terribly implemented ev/iv's are in this series. Any romhacks that fix this shit?

You could use cheat programs to retroactively edit IVs and natures. but these games are piss easy enough to where it doesn't matter. Unless you're transferring.
