She'd be the kind that's genuinely a very caring and loving mom, but is too focused on her career to pay much attention to her child, making this one grow thinking his/her mother doesn't love him/her. Kahili would return home being very exhausted, to find her child already asleep. She'd go to his/her room, put a teddy by his/her side, sing a lullaby, kiss him/her on the forehead and go get ready for bed herself, before waking up absurdly early, and her child not even knowing that his/her mom does care.
