How fucked would the metagame be if every move came in each type? E.g. Water type U-turn, Electric type U-turn, Fire type U-turn, Grass type U-turn; Water type Stealth Rock, Electric type Stealth Rock; Fire type Stealth Rock; Grass type Stealth Rock, etc.

Also how fucked would the game be if a new gameplay gimmick meant that you could swap any two base stats of your Pokémon at will (outside of battle)?
