Living with a fire type may raise their body temperature, living with grass types may give them a floral fragrance and brighter pigments, living with water types may make their skin naturally soft and moisturized. They could also get boobs off of pokemon like jynx or nidoqueen.
I'd say the possibilities are limitless, but they probably aren't going to pick up any permanent traits that are actually useful in battle.
