Gachashit has warped many franchises like fire emblem and fate as well as pokemon. Companies are getting more greedy than ever before and the classic releases are looking less and less necessary to them. Gamefreak is in a hellish position where they have jews in corporate telling them to chop up the content and services and at the same time they clearly want to take a generation or two off to focus entirely on other projects but are obligated to do the mainline pokemon games. If they bring in more people to work on pokemon it will warp the studio even further from what they want to actually work on. The pokemon company doesn't care because at the end of the day people are retarded enough to pay hundreds for .jpg files on gacha games and that's the current gold rush.
