Terrakion is an example of a Pokemon shat themselves over because it had no switch-ins with its Choice Band set and coverage.
Aegislash and Hoopa-Unbound have no switch-ins depending on the set.
Hell, Choice Band Golurk has no switch-ins after receiving Poltergeist, yet only no one is making a big deal over it.
What makes Urshifu different is that it can beat the common walls like Ferrothorn, Toxapex, Tangrowth, ect.
Urshifu still has plenty of checks like Weezing-Galar and even Comfey.
Not only that, but Urshifu finds it hard to switch-in itself, having pretty low Special Bulk, sub-par speed, and can be crippled easily be status effects, especially burns and paralysis.
Also because it’s only “uncounterable” due to CB, it has to predict switches and can be forced out due to locks.
