I'm guessing max-ooze (raise sp. atk) is a must for venusaur

Overgrow for venusaur, unless you have a sun team. Rain dish for blastoise, as any water move it uses would activate it.

i wish they got unique gmax moves instead of the damage over time reskins. Chlorophyll Venu is definitely the way to go for him though. Blastoise, like charizard is better as dmax

I assume that for Venusaur it would be Leech Seed/Sludge Bomb/Energy Ball or Giga Drain/Earth Power. This assumes that Venusaur still gets 12.5% from Leech Seed under Dynamax. Set sneeds, then max with Grass to set damage ground and then two Max Oozes to boost.

It's the only one that seems to actually benefit from new physical characteristics (more cannons) instead of Venusaur just getting a bigger flower AGAIN and Charizard losing it's wings just so it can replace they with fire.
