>>44053958It's the only Pokemon with U-Turn and Frisk, so it has the niche of being able to scout and get out (plus, this niche ties well into its design lore as it evolves from THE Scout Pokemon). Giving it more tools to take advantage of this scouting ability is the way to go.
Some more speed (all the early normals can do with BST buffs now that Greedent has about 40 more BST than the others) first so it can easily dip out against a threat. As far as moves go, it already has Trick, Knock-off and Covet/Thief so there's not much more it can get in terms of utility when it comes to abusing the opponent's item. Maybe a signature move that acts like Poltergeist, which then steals or trades the opponent's item?
