As I said, Nuke options that give you stat buffs. It would be as if every time you used hyper beam, rather than having to deal with recharge, you get an extra 2 spAtt which is sure to nuke your damn opponents. And when that’s done guess what, you still have a plus 6 spAtt for latter use.
Megas had didn’t buff hp and required you to use an item (unless your Mega Rayquaza but look how that turned out) and Z Moves which fairly split Z-Status and Nuke Moves.
Dynamax is effectively 3 Z-Moves that have fused the Attack and Status categories, alongside a monstrous hp buff, and on top of that you don’t even have to hold an item.
And when you consider that any Pokémon can Dynamax at any time and that most Pokémon online battles are 3v3, you might be able to see why Smogon banned it, and for good reason I’ll add
