No? Gen 1 mons looked like monsters, gen 6 onwards mons look like fursonas.
I miss the more realistic anatomy of the older mons, even if they where dragons or ness monsters they had relatively realistic proportions.
Now everything is big head with even bigger kawaii eyes.
